Month 22: Decade Journey

Month 22, November 2025.

$1 million USD in 5 years, 60 months, but will keep going until 120 months

Where I am

Let’s do this fast. It is late at night (as usual). This month revenue was a bit underwhelming compared to last month but still pretty good. 

I am now earning more outside of Upwork than in Upwork, which is really good news and was one of my main goals back when I started this whole thing. 

Unfortunately, this month I haven’t progressed much outside of client fulfillment. I was (still am) super stuck with busy work for clients. 

What takes the most time is coming up with new campaign ideas and actually implementing them. This takes so long. On average, it takes 1 day to launch 1 new campaign, starting from zero. 

I guess that is part of the job, I am thinking of hiring someone to help me with that, as I am also taking sales calls in between client work and everything else that is going on. 

If I had someone that could manage client work, I could probably double the size of the company. Anyways…let’s see if I can do that next year.

On a surprisingly good note, my content is ramping up. The Udemy courses are selling like crazy.

That makes me so happy and also incentivizes me to spend more time on that. Quite a few people have reached out to me outside the platform due to that and I find that amazing.

I do want to create a really good course that people can use for the foreseeable future. The same goes to my youtube videos.

I have quite a few ideas for youtube videos but it is hard to find the time to not only record but also edit them. I wish this could be easier. Anyways, the grind continues…

Ohh, I almost forgot! I managed to do the Dashboard (actually, with some help from a Pakistani guy in Upwork, he built a rough draft and I built on top of it). I am happy with it.

Where I am going

I feel like I have not been in a good mental state lately, I’m not sure if that is due to how much I am working or the lack of social interaction (or both). Nevertheless, I need to take care of that, so I plan on taking the entire Christmas + New Year week off. 

So my list of things I want to accomplish in December are quite small, but that is ok. 

November plan and how it went:

1. Improve Analytics (Dashboard) ✅

2. 2 more videos published on Youtube ❌ (Only published one)

3. SOP written (for faster campaign launches) ❌✅ (Kinda of, better but not 100%)

4. Create Content Automation for Monitoring (scouter agent) ❌

December plan:

1. HAVE SYSTEMS BUILT around Content and Fulfillment

1. Create the Content Automation and Monitoring (scouter agent)

2. Strict daily schedule for tasks

2. 1 more videos published on Youtube

3. 1 more Udemy course scoped (script + theme)

4. 1 more in-depth video scoped (theme + rough draft)

5. Launch DJ Campaign for Brazil.

Ongoing / Long term projects. (completed will be removed next month)

1. Launch Reddit as a distribution channel

2. Create MVP LP “Signals/Playbook” 

3. Cold Email calculator on the website

4. Upwork Agency profile

5. Create a self-serve offer

Money spent: $281/m  (it was a mess adding each tool in here, so this is going to be the format moving forward, it is the total expense per month).
