Month 21: Decade Journey
Month 21, October 2025.
$1 million USD in 5 years, 60 months, but will keep going until 120 months
Where I am
October was a record month, I completely blew past my expectation, it surpassed my previous salary as well. $5,924.54.
I got paid by my client that I got outside upwork as well, which is AMAZING NEWS.
This month is going to be a bit shorter as I am typing this at 9pm on a Tuesday and I am absolutely destroyed.
I am super happy with the revenue numbers for October. Now that I see the number it is hard to believe and I do believe it is very doable to double the revenue if only I had more capacity.
Unfortunately, I am hitting a ceiling of how much I can do and deliver with good quality (as you can see me writing at 9pm).
Now, my biggest customers are retainers which is great and that is a great incentive for me to move into that model as much as I can.
I have so many things that I want to do but I have so little time. Here is a list:
Reddit GTM Brasil channel
Create new courses for Udemy (more on that below)
Improve website
Do outbound for DJ
I guess that is fine, as long as I am working and getting revenue. Moving forward I need a better system to prioritize what I need to do.
In other great news, this last month of October it was the best month by far on my Udemy course.
I received so many positive messages regarding the course that makes me want to go all in on Content + Courses, but I guess the grass is always greener somewhere. Nevertheless, I will still continue to write great content and hopefully, more courses.
In October I had a linkedin post blow up and that got me a TON of attention. 23700 impressions.
It was a post of me walking through one of my Clay builds for a customer. This one.
Hopefully I can get another one like this in November as well. The video that is attached to the post performed REALLY well as well. I think the combo of Youtube + LinkedIn + Communities, works wonderfully.
Last update from October. My SOP for Customer onboarding and Campaign launch is way better now. Much more organized and straightforward, still not 100% but a lot better. I feel like this is going to be one of those things that never ends, we continue to build upon it.
Where I am going
As I said, there are a lot of things that I want to ship in this quarter. A better analytics overview for customers, a more robust process for campaigns, a success based fee.
But, as my mother says: kill one lion a day.
