Month 20, September 2025. (I got married)

Where I am
Let’s go for another month. September financials below. $2.729,21 the actual number is ~$800 higher than that, due to some pending payments that did not go through this month.
Lower revenue than August, but it is still good.
I had my wedding this month, September 12th so I had to focus on that. Since I knew this beforehand (of course), this month was all about streamlining customer operations.
I am migrating my customers to weekly retainers instead of hourly and rejecting new projects that do not align with that.
That was a good move, since I did that I now have 2 more clients in a retainer model. Which makes the revenue more consistent and also disconnects my time from my earnings.
I feel like I worked so much this month but have little to show for it. Most of my work went towards my clients which is a bummer. I am definitely reaching the point where I need to hire someone that can help me with fulfillment.
September was the month in which I launched the reddit community for GTM in Brazil (reddit.com/r/GTMBrasil/) and I am very excited about that.

I will be posting consistently and hopefully we can grow this into a big community someday.
The courses and affiliate revenue are starting to kick in, I am making on average ~$50USD a month from that, which is good.
On another note, I noticed that I got much better at mapping out the entire fulfillment part of my business, which for this type of business is the difficult part.
It is a big workflow and will help me a ton in terms of onboarding a potential new hire for fulfillment and also automating the stuff that we can automate.

With the wedding, honey moon, and I am also exploring buying my first home, I didn’t have much time to create content, so no new videos. But I still did a few LinkedIn posts this month.
I am also probably onboarding my first customer outside Upwork, which for me is a BIG deal. It came through my content on LinkedIn which makes it even better.
Where I am going
Now it is time to prepare for Q4 and review my Q3 goals. I like those phases where I can see what I accomplished and where I am going. I am super pumped because I hit my revenue goal which was very high to be honest.
For this next month, if I can plan for Q4 and also map my entire fulfillment process with SOP and all. I would be happy.
I still fucking didn’t do my MVP for Signals Starter Story and didn’t even launch the outbound motion for DJ, which I am very ashamed to admit. It has been on my To-do list for over 2 months and it was one of my Q3 goals.
