Month 25: Decade Journey
Month 25, February 2026.
$1 million USD in 5 years, 60 months, but will keep going until 120 months
Where I am
Alright people, I am officially out of available time for anything other than work. A few things happened that I will go over in this month’s update. Let’s rock and roll
First off, I might have to stop reporting revenue. As more people are involved (more on that in second) reporting revenue can actually be a threat to our business. Our numbers are growing and I am not super comfortable sharing all of it (may be a temporary decision, let’s see). So I will just give somewhat visibility on what happened that month, and of course, big milestones.

2 new clients
Website revamp started
I am so happy that I got my taxes and accounting all done because that was a nightmare, but this month I have another nightmare to deal with: a website revamp.
I recently bought a template in Framer and that is what I will be working with. The main part of that template is a video and that’s what I did in December (snapshot below).
video recorded at the production set
It took so much time to produce the script and then I went to a recording studio to actually record it.
I honestly thought that the worst was behind me but there is just so much I need to do now that it is insane lol
Another big part of February was hiring (as I mentioned in the previous update). I worked very hard on that, created the job post, description, published, interviewed, made a technical challenge and now I am on the last phases of actually making a decision to hire.
I think what was really helpful was just sharing the job board in a great college (the one that I actually went to). That has helped already get qualified candidates without much of a headache.
Hopefully this week or the next I can announce a new hire and he/she can potentially start helping me with client fulfillment.
On the content side of things I absolutely have had no time to create content, which sucks because I really wanted to invest time in it. But I need to get client fulfillment first.
Oh, I also got much better organized: client folders, expenses, service lines, revenue. I think it is getting better but there is still a lot to improve on.
Where I am going
I really want to get this new hire up to speed. Hopefully it will be life changing and I can start prioritizing sales and marketing again. So that is basically my main goal for the month of March. If I can get the new hire started plus ramped, that is HUGE.
I didn’t mention but my brother is going to help me with client fulfillment as well, which I am excited about.
To be honest, the new website is going to play a big role in March, ideally I would like to get it done by the end of the month but given how much effort goes into this I am not sure I can get it done.
I had this reminder in the prior month and I will leave it here again:
Be more consistent with the things that scale: content and communities (newsletter).
Here is the usual list I use to keep track of things:
February plan and how it went: ✅❌
Finish everything related to Tax and Accountants. ✅
Start Interviewing for GTM Engineer position. ✅
2 more videos published on Youtube ❌
Website 50% done ❌
50% Udemy course published ❌
March plan:
Hire an intern (GTM Engineer).
2 more videos published on Youtube
Website finished
50% Udemy course published
Financials
I will stop reporting those and only announce big milestones.
