Where I am
Alright, one more month. This one nothing super special happened, it was basically a LOT of work. Unfortunately (or fortunately) my Prague visit impacted my business as I couldn’t give much attention to my customers. Nevertheless, I have zero regrets about going, I had such a great time. This got me thinking if I will ever be able to actually step away and take some vacation time, but I mean real vacation time: no slack, no phone, no meetings. To be honest, I don’t know the answer, as of now, the answer is no.
Anyways, let’s get into business. I finally jumped into the Claude hype train. What I have been able to ship with Claude has been amazing.
Let me give you an example, I was paying $14 usd for Brain.fm, to basically use it as background music and a timer to keep track of how many FOCUSED hours I actually worked in a given day. But I still had to do it manually, everyday I would check the timer in Brain.fm and send it to a slack channel I created.
I simply vibe-coded my own Brain.fm with youtube music lol it’s insane. Suddenly I saved $14/mo bucks.
The best part is that it automatically sends how many focused sessions and the hours I did on that day to the slack channel I created
And I was able to do that in literally ~2 hours.
I am now working in creating all of the automations I dreamed of in n8n with Claude. That way I keep a deterministic, low cost, output and only have to run Claude once to build it.
This is going to be a major focus for this month.
Oh, I almost forgot. I won’t be able to do the Maven thing I mentioned on last month’s update. I am simply unable to have a Stripe account connected to Maven by living in Brazil…
Fuck them. I will do my webinars elsewhere.
Where I am going
Really happy on where I am with content right now, I kept my promise from last month and went all in with my content system I built in the flight back from prague
I did 4 youtube videos (1 per week), 2 linkedin posts every week, and even launched the newsletter:

LFG! I am pumped to improve this content system. This is the goal for this next month, I will do my best now, instead of creating to actually distribute it. Let’s see how that goes.
I will also spend a lot of energy and time automating other things in my agency, mostly related to client fulfillment. Now that I have Claude, I think this is going to be possible.
Oh, Q3 Starts in a few days, pumped to start a new quarter with new goals. I think I crushed the goals I set last quarter, I will send an update later.
Last one: I am cooking something special for my LATAM friends.
